Oysters with Smoked Salmon & Wasabi

Ingredients
1 tub Paradise Beach Purveyors Smoked Salmon & Wasabi Dip
1 dozen fresh oysters on the shell
1 small jar pickled ginger
1 small jar black caviar (black lumpfish roe)

Method
Arrange the oysters on serving plates or a platter and top each oyster with half a teaspoon of Paradise Beach Purveyors Smoked Salmon Wasabi Dip. Garnish with a small piece of pickled ginger and a quarter of a teaspoon of caviar/black lumpfish roe.
